  • Your Responsibility: You must back up important invoices by downloading PDFs

If you choose to use our AI assistant feature to generate invoices, the data you provide to the AI may be processed by third-party AI service providers. This processing is temporary and only occurs when you actively use the AI feature. The generated invoice data is still stored only locally in your browser.

Since your data is stored locally in your browser:

  • Your data is as secure as your device and browser
  • We cannot be breached or hacked for your invoice data (because we don't have it)
  • You should protect your device with passwords and security measures
  • Using the Service on public or shared computers may compromise your privacy
  • Always log out of shared computers and clear browser data when using public devices

We use industry-standard security measures (HTTPS encryption) to protect the Service itself, but we cannot guarantee absolute security since data is stored on your device.
